I visited Singapore to try out the country’s new and groundbreaking congestion pricing tech, which runs on satellite data collected from cars. A very slow #Police chase happened in #Cambridgeshire - an officer stopped #traffic and recovered an escaped #tortoise (who had made it 5 miles (8 km ) away from its home and was trying to cross a busy road..
