Lets pause a minute to ask perhaps the most consequential Q. that many of us will confront this summer.... when you're stuck in a traffic jam on the motorway, should you change lanes to the one that seems to be moving the fastest? Here's a holistic analysis (and conclusion) suggesting changing lanes doesn't work....
