@idk@floofy.tech before anything, to get movies : I recommend downloading the movie (no need to torrent) instead of streaming for better quality and reliability. https://fmhy.net/video#download-sites

Now the recommendations : those I locally have and can send you right now that I consider must-watch :

  • project hail mary
  • Nope (horror alien movie)
  • Akira
  • Ghost in the shell
  • Ma vie de courgette (very good french movie with English subtitles about infantile trauma, great bittersweet ending)
  • World War Z (good zombie movie with Brad Pitt)

Must-watches I don’t have locally saved :

  • Matrix (not Reloaded, or any sequels, just the main one)
  • Avatar (the first is great but it gets a little repetitive after that, you choose tho)
  • Lord of the rings (LONG, never watched but it’s a crime to not have lol)

Other good ones I also have locally and can send :

  • GOAT (animated basketball movie)
  • “Inglorious Basterds”, and “The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare” (Movies about fighting Nazis)
  • Good Luck Have Fun Don’t Die (weird ass movie about AI takeover and time travel, kinda like black mirror but comedy-leaning and movie format)
  • I, robot (Will Smith, robots, 2004 trying to make sci-fi)
  • The Secret Life of Walter Mitty
