Because it’s not a static to-do list. It works just like your phone’s OS: it manages your resources (time and energy) in the background and automates your routines so you rely on the system, not on motivation. operativo" para tus hábitos? ⚙️ #iPhone #apple #iPad #ios #health #habits #productivity #fitness #wellness https://apps.apple.com/app/habit-os-mini/id6749651286

What does your weekly workout routine look like? (If it varies from week to week due to disability, chronic illness, work schedule, or some other reason, feel free to choose a different period of time instead!) #Fitness #Habits #Goals @fittogether@fedigroups.social

👩‍💻 My So Called Sudo Life: Jailbroken Kindle edition 📖 If you followed my #Jailbreaking adventures this past week, I'd like to add a final chapter on the positive effect it had on my reading habits. Long story short: I used to be an avid reader and I had sadly lost the habit of reading books in the last couple of years (blaming tiredness at the end of the day). I had been looking for a system to encourage me to get back on track. When I found out about #KOreader and #SimpleUI I was totally smitten: an elegant interface that kept track of my reading stats? Sign me up! In the photo I've attached you can see my reading stats for the past week - aka since I started using KOreader and SimpleUI. If you don't want to squint / find it harder to read: my daily reading average is about 40 minutes. Not bad! I'm just absolutely delighted by this. #KindleJailbreak #reading #books #habits #MySoCalledSudoLife

I'm excited to share HabitBoard 2.0 with you! Introducing 2023 in Review — to recap all your habits and progress for the whole year and, if you like, share your "Year in Review" with friends or just keep a copy for yourself. This new version also introduces a new app icon designed by Matthew Skiles @matthewskiles@mastodon.design — I'm very happy about the result and I can't recommend Matt's work and way of working enough. https://apps.apple.com/app/habitboard/id1636512377 #habits #iosdev #indiedev
