RE: in the moment situations: Call out your bros right then and there. "Not okay, we don't do that here." Especially when it involves younger women.
It does not help to have a man pull you aside after the fact to see if you're okay; that's easy for him and a burden for the victim to manage someone else's feelings/inquiries.
What helps is when the bad behavior is called out and shut down, as it happens, by your peers/mgmt/people who are not in the minority group.
