During the #weekend I've finished the #Orchid #Lego set. I haven't built one in quite some time but it's one of those things that makes you fly in your own bubble in a place that it's all yours, exactly like when as a kid I was building stuff with the famous #bricks Thank you Lego for making new stuff while keeping true to your essence!

A wonderful #weekend in #Palermo (#Italy). A city with a great vibe, great #food, full of energy and with a sea and a weather nice enough to convince me to go for a swim in April (basically a miracle for my standards)

I work in #IT and I'm getting so sick of people who tries to sell me whatever kind of #AI pretending that without it I'll be left behind.I'm not against #ArtificialIntelligence but people don't understand that all this is a huge bet: I'm not saying it's good or bad but it's a bet and right now is a bet that is hugely boosted by millions that every day are pumped into the system.

I've just come back from a talk about #terrorism: I've just realized how foolish my idea of this concept was. Deep in me I've always associated it to fanatic people, to individuals or small groups of indoctrinated desperates who went through a brainwash. We (or at least I) tend to forget how our western society, our people well suited and with a tie, has direct responsibilities in acts that, by the very same definition of terrorism we've crafted, force us to define them in this way.

After #AWS down now it's time of #Azure. Full respect for all users impacted and engineers working on the case, but everytime something like this happens I cannot stop thinking about the concentration of 'power' in very few hands.
