The #Chilli I made today started with 1lb of ground Turkey and 1lb of ground Pork Sausage, I added 1 medium onion chopped to the meat as it browned, then in my blender I added 1 28oz can of diced Tomatoes 1 10oz can of Rotel, 1TB spoon of Olive Oil, 1TB spoon of Worcestershire sauce 3TB spoons of Taco Seasoning 3TB spoons of Chilli Seasoning 1TB spoon of Italian Seasoning, 1TP spoon of Cocoa powder, 1 32oz of Chicken Stock, blended well, then when the ground meat was ready I poured that into the pot, and added 1 28oz can of Rotel and 1 cup of 15 Beans, and let cook for 4 hours and it tastes really really good;

BLOODY FREAKING HELL!, So I am in the mood for Chilli and yes I get that it is hot and steamy outside, but I am in the mood and really it is the best use of what ingredients I have to get 3-4 days worth of food out of, so I brown my meat, I make my chilli sauce, I pull out my crockpot and go to transfer everything into it, and the bloody stone wear is plum cracked all the way through all the way across the bloody thing, I mean I have had 10 freaking years, but I would have thought it would last a bit longer, so now I have to leave it in a pot on the stove in which I have to use an old microwave platter as a cover and have the dam heat from the stove on all bloody day because yes I added dry freaking beans to it, so on top of not being able to afford to keep food to eat, clothing to wear, cleaning supplies to stay you know somewhat clean, I have to find the money to buy a new bloody crockpot and yes it is important as I use it at least 3 times a freaking month, bloody hell this disabled man existing in poverty simply can never catch a freaking break;

It is Monday May 18th, and this #disabled man existing in #poverty is really truthfully struggling, from constant pain, to sleepless nights, hunger filled days, my blood pressure is on an continus rollercoaster, my executive cognitive function is declining, my hands don't work the way they should, vertigo keeps me dizzy and sometimes between bad knees and that I have issues walking, stooping or bending down, I fight with what I can eat today verse can I afford to take a shower and will I have clean clothes to put on, I have a near non existent disability income, that can not cover even a quarter of life today, every facet of my life hangs on a precarious precipice, I have no safety at all, I am begging for help to live, I am begging for compassion and dignity, and sadly it nearly never comes, what does trickle in on occasion is never even enough to offer breathing room, O it is greatly appreciated more than anyone will ever realize, but it is never really enough to even begin to weave a net of safety little lone take care of the urgent needs of the moment, people I am exhausted mentally, spiritually and physically, I need a major infusion of financial support, and I have never expected one person to bear the brunt of my burdens, rather I hope that all will help how they could, with the compassion empathy and understanding that if was them in need would they not pray for the same, I am 48, I am disabled and in poverty, and with no where to turn for anything, I have had a very hard life, how much longer must I be forced to fight and endure an existence void of compassion, empathy, support, respect, dignity, and safety, please I am not in a good place, please help me climb out of this hell of desperation today;
