I feel like there is enough here to go on maybe? Im gonna chop it up and rework the head and hips to make them more amenable to articulation.
Gonna probably have to entirely rework the head, but sculpting heads is fun.

@erikcats I think I found a solution for fulfillment within the EU as well! Which should significantly smooth the customs and vat collection too :)
And yeah, I hope eventually the us catches up, but ... It always feels like there is more barrel to scrape here.

so, the best number that I can come up with is that you will only get hit with VAT (via https://www.easyship.com/duties-and-taxes-calculator/netherlands?category=toys&value=40¤cy=USD) - so, 21% of the cost of goods + shipping. shipping to NL is 14 USD or less depending on the courier I use. VAT should get collected via the kickstarter pledge manager rather than via the courier.
this is so annoying though :( buying stuff internationally is really fraught right now, especially from small biz :(

@erikcats ok, I looked into it a bit more. It looks like I can do shipping to the UK for ~12 dollars, then the uk import / customs tax is another 12 dollars (this is percentage based and flexes depending on the size of the order). I'm planning on doing this with the buying paying on delivery, unless someone tells me this is bad in the meantime.

@cameron ah! The reason I'm doing this Kickstarter is because I want them to be professionally cast instead of my normal basement casting. It's kinda the same process I use at home: high temp vulcanized molds, then spin casting. However I normally gravity cast at home and have been building a spin casting rig.
Sculpting process is all by hand using greenstuff epoxy. I'll make sure to put in more stuff about this in the marketing copy. I wish I took more process photos tho.

@erikcats I really hope not. I don't know what the current tariff situation is - I'll look into it this weekend. I know that at least shipping isn't too bad, somewhere around 18 dollars.
Also, if you like the bonus frogs ... There maybe some more frogs available :)

@c_reider I should draw a goblin getting shot. Or possibly a goblin dropping I beams into concrete. Both are good.
Tho I do think Paul McCarthy might be a more natural goblin fit.
My two customer personas:
- folks that collect and paint warhammer goblins
- folks that want a tshirt with classic 1980s classic performance art pieces redrawn as goblins
