Aiming to deliver some beeps, boops and visuals and stuff at Algorhythms tomorrow!

AI companies will be like "we must construct the nuclear fusion dyson sphere to power our orbital data centres" while teaming up with the US government that says "drill baby drill", "let's go get the oil" and "good clean coal".
It's been an "oh crap I need to prepare something for algorhythms" morning.
Some success setting up my languishing analogue synth setup
Techno jam from this morning when I was messing around kabelsalat in strudel and just sort of kept going.
Last main bits to do before release I think:
- Add some options for resolution scaling as currently it assumes you're in 1920x1080, but I added a lot of plumbing to support this, just haven't exposed the options.
- Add some options to turn off GI and reflections as they're kind of expensive.
- Make either one example starter sketch or a few you can randomise between to learn a bit.
- Delete tons of stuff that's in the project folder that is nothing to do with fluff at all lol.
This was FAFF, but I reworked the hacky bit of code where I defined all the base fluff functions to be both function definitions/parser stuff and documentation in one place, which means it now auto-populates a docs panel...
It's honestly very strange to have these semi-magic invocations I've been jamming for months explained in some form that isn't just in my brain. They need to also explain the args though.
My friend just released this mind-bending puzzle game. It's a real labour of love, AFAIK starting off as a creation in Dreams. Give it a look!

People regularly explain to me how they wish something exactly like mastodon existed, and then I explain mastodon exists and then they're like "I don't get it, sounds weird, anyway I wish this thing existed" and they explain mastodon again.
Still processing the coolness of having been to an algorave the V&A museum this evening...
Here are some visuals I cooked up today for the show, using Fluff+Hydra. It's some kind of eyeball stalk creature called an animoid that flops around in a glitch void. Highly anomalous.
Fluff spinny particle torus with new render style I'm exploring called webs.

My take when I read it was "I need to see literally evidence at all this is true".
Top red flags:
- Story written very dramatically to stir up emotions
- Written in redditor voice
- Nothing to back it up other than anon post on an internet board (lol), ok I can also make an account and start whistleblowing.
- Sounds like the plot of a movie, e.g. it's very superlative "it's the worst possible thing ever, it's all real" vibes.
RAM is gonna be short because tech guys think your computer should be a thin client that you prompt GPT on, and it doesn't need no RAM.
Out here live coding trees.
Ok big moment. Here's my new album of extremely boggo music. Tracks made over something like 6 years in completely different conditions, but generally describable as some sort of "16-bit romplercore progslop".
Enjoy! And please share if you like it for some reason.
P.S. I do suggest an in-order listen through because I was being very clever and there's like motifs and stuff.
