#picotron 0.3.1 quads using batch lerp() to generate poly edges, batch line() to draw them, and the additive colour table from /system/screensavers/dizzy.p64 (1400 polys)
A target mask of 0x3f + fill patterns still gives 6 pixels / cycle, so not much of the cpu work actually happens in the scanline filling stage.

#picotron now supports family LXO accounts: add up to 5 family members to your lexaloffle account via the settings page --> each one can log in to Picotron with a separate player identity. Also handy for testing multiplayer carts, and works under web too!

@Ronflaix ok yeah -- that sounds wrong! I was looking at yields across c boundary (lua function -> c function -> lua function) which also needs to be fixed in PICO-8. But it seems even a regular frame skip is still not always working correctly if you're not seeing that slowdown in stat(1) -- would appreciate a cart if you have one that reproduces the behaviour.

@Liquidream That part's still missing but yes it definitely needs to be able to open in fullscreen (and be 100% controller-controllable). I'm looking at eventually having a "sofa mode" that also filters out windowed apps so that you don't get stuck on the desktop without a mouse/kbd after booting into splore.
