#6 que es casi #5bis, porque sigue siendo lo de "Emergencias" del nombre. Siendo verdad lo que digo de que la emergencia se ha prolongado más allá de lo que nos podríamos creer, desde hace muchísimo decimos también que estamos orientados a que la reconstrucción se haga pensando en la próxima emergencia. Que no se está haciendo, por ejemplo de los 130 000 coches que se llevó el agua se ha repuesto más del 100%. Y no tengo los datos pero diría que también hay bastantes bastantes más viviendas en bajos que antes. Se están haciendo muchas cosas muy mal. Pero, en positivo, estamos currando continuamente por frenar eso y por avanzar en la dirección contraria. Que se reconstruya nuestro territorio con los ojos abiertos a la realidad, a lo que ya hemos padecido y a lo que padeceremos. Que puede ser mucho peor o mucho menos malo dependiendo de decisiones que tomemos de aquí a cuando sea que nos llegue el siguiente episodio de la catástrofe climática.
