So folks, I worked with a client on a boardgame that swore to me they saw the error of their ways in using AI stuff to get things done and hired a human being and everything. I talked about this before.

I am sorry to tell you that if you backed their campaign you will be getting some AI slop.

I need to start working on incorporating feedback soon, so I think I need maybe 2 more people to get a good idea of what to work on. If you have time in your schedule to chomp down a scifi novella quickly and give feedback, let me know!

@spillingdown@blorbo.social oh big time. I tested it on my phone too and it didn't work at all. I put a note at the top. Annoying but that's a Google thing I can't fix. Next iteration would bring this into an actual standalone website if it's worthwhile and people are using it to make connections!

In trying to reward behavior we want to see, this client of mine, after being presented with all the issues with modern LLMs and why it should NOT be used to make game art, did a total 180 and threw all of the AI plans into the sea, then paid a real live artist to do the box art and illustrative work. Would appreciate any retoots and such. If you're into party board games, maybe even consider backing it?
