Recently a colleague I get on very well with left the organisation after complaining about it for years. On leaving, she said that the worst thing about the organisation was the fact that no one ever had to work in the office - we’re all on hybrid contexts which we can work in the office when we want to, but no one is obliged to. She was delighted her new place required her to be there 4 days a week.
