I’ve been mentally and emotionally all over the place for the past couple months so I’ve gone back to my Uni days, watching through LoadingReadyRun livestreams to help me through the tough times.

Update: I’m switching over to Ivory for the time being instead since I can easily jump over to reply from Tapestry if needed (I haven’t done so yet).

Can’t cross-reply (read: add to both threads) though so I’m going to stick with Ice Cubes (on the Mastodon) for the time being while waiting for Surf. I do like quote-skeeting from the Fedi-Bridge in lieu of cross-posting though!

Okay, that was odd. There was supposed to be a post before this noting that I’m testing cross-posting from Indigo. It’s a 3rd party app combining Mastodon and Bsky a la Tapestry, but with a *little* bit of Surf in the posting and replies department.

Fediverse (esp. UK & EU): What places in Cambridge would you recommend to new visitors?

Asking for both a friend and myself for something I’m considering in the near future, come Hell or high water.

(I usually let the Fedi-Bridge do the work, but *this* is one of the exceptions—as in, the people who I want to ask are mostly over on Bsky.)

Currently reading Free Ride, which has been a comfort read for the past couple weeks. It’s a travel memoir that doesn’t miss a beat, but manages to give a bird’s eye view into each destination alongside the people, cuisine, and landmarks.
