@b9AcE@todon.eu A lot of officers operate a bit like the "computer says...no" sketch in #LittleBritain The law has been broken so my job is to nab that person and let the court deal with it. It's not for an officer to make a judgement call on wether the graffiti is of quality or not, if it made things nicer or not.
