ME Awareness Day means...
being aware that at 58, I'm probably going to be sick for the rest of my life. This isn't being negative, it's an honest assessment that the chances of a cure being found before I shuffle off this mortal coil, is vanishingly small.

Ableds: Imagine how you would feel if you were told today, that you will be sick for the rest of your life? That your life would be reduced to the size of a postage stamp for c. 50 years. How would you cope with that?

@Cetraria I ended up focusing on getting more weapon slots & better weapons, which definitely helped. And playing based on energy levels. Sometimes I stick to low energy tasks and just go collecting, exploring & paragliding, which I rather love

@farah ah, I thought once you defeated Ganon, that was it. Well, I need a break from fighting anyway. I love shrine puzzles & collecting stuff. Sometimes if I'm tired but want to be in the game, I just go exploring & collecting stuff. I find it oddly satisfying.

@alex I found getting all the terminals done was really hard. I looked up the last couple because I just couldn't work them out. Thunderblight was so hard. Definitely the hardest so far.

@farah I've completed 111 shrines so far. I plan on completing them all, and the side quests, before I fight Ganon. It's the 1st game I've ever played and I love it so much. I'm definitely going to play it again, though will try something else 1st.

I defeated my 3rd divine beast (Naboris) in Breath of the Wild (BotW). Am exhausted now. It's hard to explain to people who don't have an energy limiting chronic illness, how tiring fighting in a video game can be. So much tension, using your arms/hands, heartrate going into overdrive. It's our version of a marathon.

I adore BotW, but I have to keep taking breaks. I'm in my 6th month of playing now! It's fun, but I have to do it on spoonie time. How long have others taken?

For anyone who take Sertraline 100mg, there is a recall out as the wrong meds got packed in in.

“If you have been prescribed Sertraline 100mg tablets and have received batch number V2500425, please check the carton contains the right medication. You can find the batch number and expiry date printed on the side of the outer packaging.

“If the blister strips inside the carton are labelled Citalopram 40mg, please contact your pharmacy as soon as possible. If they are labelled Sertraline 100mg, no further action is needed.”
