I’ve been using Windows for years—it always “just worked” for me. But in 2026, I kept hearing the same thing everywhere: Linux is faster, more private, and gives you more control. So I decided to test it myself. I switched to Linux and used it as my main OS for 30 days. The first few days felt fast and clean… but as time went on, I started noticing things weren’t as simple as Windows.
