I said it was "confess ur crush or thirst" Friday and I was challenged to go first. So like, okie. I refuse to content warn my non-spicy posts about being polyamorous. The idea that being non-mono is somehow something we need to hide is like, ingrained in society but u know what? Fk that. I wish ppl wouldn't fetishize being polyamorous. It's not rly about spicy with as many ppl as u can find or being super promiscuous, at least not for me. It isn't a kink or a fetish. It isn't "enjoying being cheated on / cheating." For me it is... freedom. Freedom to like ppl, to vibe, to maybe even love ppl without needing to worry abt the monogamistic walls Abrahamic religion has forced on us. It's not "be super slutty and fk everyone" like some ppl think, or a way to devalue my partner. It's just part of who I am. And the fun part? I'm still demi as fk. I still need emo connections.
