I'm having a fantastically girly day, pottering about gently after my medical appointments, and feeling grateful that I discovered I'm bigender and get to experience all of this now. For me, realising that I'm also a woman has felt like when I came out as a trans man in some ways-and it currently feels very much like another transition, in a sense. Because I'm also plural, there's been additional nuance and complexity around my discovery that I'm bigender, and that's okay too. I love being a trans man, and I love being a woman💖🥰 #bigender #trans #gendereuphoria #joy #happiness #hope

Today something amazing happened…

I was driving home, listening to a bangin' record, with the windows and sunroof down, and it was cloudy and cool outside.

For like ten minutes I forgot about all the madness in the world, and my anxiety about my biopsy, and everything else. I was SO happy and hadn't even noticed for a minute. When I did, I forced myself to be completely present in that moment of bliss. Because it never happens. I forgot how that feels.

I'm realizing how infrequently this happens. Probably for most of us. Especially in our current timeline. If you catch yourself in a brief moment of bliss, hold it tightly and breathe it in. You'll thank yourself.

So, 3 good things:

  1. Music
  2. Cloudy skies
  3. Cool temperatures
