#runningcommunity I need your help! I'll be spending two weeks in #Benissa, #Spain (between Fanadix and San Jaime) and need to complete several long runs up to 32 km. Can anyone recommend routes in that region along the shoreline where I could #run such distances? On the road to the #Generali #Cologne #Marathon, today I completed the first training week with an easy long #run from Zoutelande to Vlissingen and back after a few days off. In the Netherlands, all runners greet each other. Can we please make this a worldwide thing and always give each other a high five? 😁 I always greet runners, but in Germany, too few greet back. #running #runnersofmastodon #runnersofmarathon #garmin #stryd #laufen #runningcommunity

Jedes Jahr das Gleiche: Wieder gibt es keine Pfandbecher, sondern Plastikbecher, die tagelang in den Vierteln herumfliegen und teilweise zu #mikroplastik werden. Ich schreibe deswegen jedes Jahr an den Veranstalter. Was ändert sich? Rein gar nichts. Werden die Olympischen Spiele genauso #nachhaltigkeit werden? /s 😢 #mikroplastik #hamburg #marathon #olympia

#Gamers I'm not sure what to do. I love the #Marathon games so much. I played Marathon 1 on my family's Mac back when it came out. Since then I've played Marathon 2: Durandal and Marathon: Infinity many times. I still love how the game tells a story, the floaty physics, the gunplay, the Phor, and the "Front Blast the Vent Core". Yet, I'm too afraid of the new "Escape from Tarkov" game style. I don't usually like to play the unwashed masses. Will I like the game or realize I'm not good enough.
