Yesterday, I went down to Cornwall and cycled the Camel Trail - 40 odd miles of woodland, river, and estuary. This is the halfway and turnaround point at Padstow Harbour. #Photography #Cycling #Cornwall #Boats #BikeTooter

Went to Truro Pride today with kiddo. Parade was turned into a solidarity march this year, due to gross BS that's happened locally recently. (Drag story time cancelled due to threats.) Highlight was seeing someone dressed as Spider-Man who, after the march, was happy to pose with kiddo for photos. Regardless of it being a march, it was smaller than previous years in the city. #Cornwall #PrideSeason 1/2

@smashtie@mas.to One of the joys of #Norfolk, like #Cornwall, is that it always a #destination never a place you pass through.

#FollowTheMoney 🧵 7/n Now something different - this really is a rag bag, really just adding things as they come along, occur to me, no careful crafting! Just things that enable you to trace and understand how money flows to the rich, how accumulation works. So here, a piece, with this fantastic map, of second homes in the UK, in #Cornwall in particular. The heather starting to flower near Chapel Porth. Wonderful views towards Wheal Coates. A shot from a nice walk yesterday. Despite the tranquil scene here it was pretty blowy! #landscape_lovers #cornwall #lovecornwall #coast #whealcoates

Kate Middleton is thrilled about Bologna. And William announces: "She will travel more." AGI - The ‘test’ in Bologna was a success, and now Princess Kate is ready to “gradually resume making more trips abroad.” William said on the morning radio program ‘Heart’ that the Princess of Wales was “enthusiastic” about her visit to Italy, the first foreign trip since her 2024 cancer diagnosis. “She’s been through so much in the last two years and she couldn’t wait to take the trip to Italy, so I’m really pleased it went so well,” said the future king. The End of Illness Kate, 44, announced she was in remission from cancer in January 2025 and has since gradually returned to her public engagements. “She’s a fantastic mum, a fantastic wife, and literally our family couldn’t manage without her,” said William speaking from the Isles of Scilly off the coast of Cornwall, southwest England. He also spoke about parenting, including the journey to take the children to school, which “can be” chaotic. “Charlotte, Louis, if you’re listening, make sure you’re on time and don’t argue about what you’re listening to this morning,” said William addressing his two younger children. The heir to the throne revealed that he keeps jam sandwiches in the car for little Louis, 8: “He leaves jam fingerprints everywhere,” he commented. The older son, George, 12, is at boarding school. The Cellphone and Passions Recently William has given more personal interviews and last year he revealed that he and Kate have banned the use of phones to protect their children. The Prince, who admitted he “is not at all a morning person,” said his favorite breakfast is “eggs on sourdough bread” and that he appreciates “motivational” music and “loves dance music.” He also spoke about the Europa League and the victory of Aston Villa, the football team he supports. “I was so moved, and you know, I’ve been following Aston Villa for almost my whole life. It was a really important moment for all of us fans.” #KateMiddleton #Bologna #William #Italy #first #Cornwall #England #Charlotte #Louis #George #theEuropaLeague #AstonVilla https://www.agi.it/estero/news/2026-05-22/kate-entusiasta-bologna-37184445/
