Sorry, dass kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.
#Arduino ist das was der User daraus macht.
Es bedarf keiner Cloud noch ein Browser um diesen zu programmieren.
Es reicht auch nur der #ATmega328 chip alleine.

#Arduino war #opensource
Du kannst weiterhin die #opensource Variante nutzen oder einen #Fork damit machen.
Du wirst ja nicht gezwungen die #Qualcomm zu nutzen.
