Damn, this lean into #agentic #Ai by #Anthropic is impressive. Running a heft(ier) mission on #claude , and its spawning its own agents to do some heavy lifting so that the main context can focus on the target... ...like that remote programmer who was hiring folks in Korea to do his coding for him. Very impressive.

#AI is more likely than humans to form #bias when #hiring AI doesn’t just learn stereotypes from its training. It can cook up new ones, too. New research suggests that #LLM can also develop their own #biases from experience—and stereotype #job applicants more than humans do. @selfcare@hachyderm.io I am sick of AI tooling, and the requirement to use them. My company has enterprise #claude and #n8n licenses, and we are expected to use them for at least 50% of our work. I get #tokens, but all I can bring myself to do with it is to ask if this lib or that lib will work for my python apps, and write them myself. Maybe, I occasionally ask AI if the code Ive written is sane....but can I really trust #agentic AI to tell me if my code works or not? Who the fuck knows.

Whilst #Ai noobs may make fun of #promptengineering If you build a persistent, semi #agentic mission prompt... ...a well designed prompt is a difference between hot garbage and function. Especially if you use multiple engines.

Literally overheard in another meeting: "I realize that I am sitting in meetings with developers who are literally prompting claude to write code, and just copypasta that code into the PRs. And I realize to myself. Am I getting more stupid for doing this? Why are we doing this? Why have we been directed to do this? Is Open Source licensing meaningful anymore, or are we just left with public domain? What are the legal distinctions between GPL, Apache, and MIT when AI companies and LLMs ignore the LICENSE file of your project?
