They're looking at replacing people, especially at the junior level, but the junior simpler jobs are how people train up to be architects or experts. We're no longer giving them that chance. Even though it's not clear to me how much you can understand from approx an hour of video and a quick slide. More of a tickbox exercise for HR.

@karstenbondy @MicroSFF Starting own instance requires a bit of technical, time and monetary investment but I foresee this happening more often in the future. All you need is a RasPi with some external storage and a DNS entry that's updated, or a small cloud instance VM and storage. Regardless, I wouldn't expect non-techies do it just like that but it looks like the 90s BBS boom.
