As I was in the kitchen yesterday, thinking up all sorts of nasty nicknames for members of the right-wing cult that have seized control of our (the U.S.) government, I had to stop myself and remember that even the most awful person is still a human being, and that dehumanization is the first step towards doing horrible things. To steal from Dr. Seuss, a person's a person, no matter how wrong.
This is one of my favorite things I've ever stumbled across while walking. In West #Philly last February, I happened upon this fence. Part meme, part Sapphic thirst trap, part graffiti. I love it.

@JessTheUnstill@infosec.exchange when our little garden pride flag disappeared, I got a giant one with a flag pole bolted to our porch. I told my wife, if that one goes missing, I'm painting the whole porch next!
A house in my town. Apparently the neighbors weren't happy about their Pride yard display, so they decided to show them what they think about bigoted opinions.

Today's good news: over the weekend, Gov. Shapiro issued a proclamation, officially recognizing Transgender Day of Visibility for the 1st time in PA. The Proclamation was presented to the co-founder of the PA Coalition for Trans Youth & to Erica Deuso, the 1st out trans mayor in PA.
