  I did a thing! We went out for dinner and I was tired but it was okay (we sat outside, on BENCHES, and somehow I wasn't in terrible pain) and then everyone wanted to walk a few blocks away and get a treat and I DID IT, I TOTALLY DID IT, and my hips were stiff but I wasn't in miles of pain like I had been! Over and over again today I read doctor’s notes shift from “well this is really weird” to “probably anxiety”. I do have a diagnosed anxiety disorder but that just makes it worse! It gives them something to point to. Several issues they missed or didn’t catch until I demanded tests, including anemia so bad I needed IV infusions.
