In other nice Saturday morning porch news, while I was feeding the crows, I got to have this exchange with my neighbor who was in his backyard across the street: Him: NICE DRESS! Me: THANK YOU, I MADE IT! Him: GOOD POCKETS! Okay you can tell a dress is good when your neighbor yells about the pockets from a couple hundred feet away. I'm going to enjoy the good feelings this gives me, really soak it up, to save up some mana for later, when people will be blowing off fireworks for three hours and I will have a terrified corgi trying to make himself melt into my torso.
