We had drinks on the porch tonight, at my neighbor's house, I love this weekly summer tradition. She started "introverts hour" just for me, so I could come a half hour early and not feel socially overwhelmed. <3 We had gin and tonics with this delicious gin from a gorgeous bottle. Neighbor has ceramic cups with tiny koi in the bottom. I must now begin studying ceramics so that I can make an entire set of dishes with koi swimming in the bottom. Obviously. At one point someone passed another person a small baggie of green stuff and said, "Oh hey I brought this for you!" I joked that now the party was really getting going, and everyone laughed because no, they're all gardening nerds and it was a bag of Columbine seeds someone had harvested and was handing out. :)
