Una volta completata la prenotazione, però, avrebbe scoperto che le era stato assegnato un posto nella parte anteriore dell’aereo, mentre i due bambini sarebbero stati sistemati circa 23 file più indietro. A quel punto, secondo la sua versione, ha contattato Ryanair per segnalare che non poteva viaggiare lontano dai figli, soprattutto dalla più piccola. La risposta ricevuta, racconta, è stata che non c’erano altri posti disponibili e che avrebbe dovuto confidare nel personale di bordo una volta saliti sull’aereo: “Mi è stato sostanzialmente detto che non potevano fare nulla e che avrei dovuto salire sull’aereo sperando che qualcuno cambiasse posto. Ma questo non è un piano, è una scommessa che non sono disposta a fare con i miei due figli”.
