The picture on the left was taken 63 years ago when our family moved from Los Angeles to Kansas City. I'm hoping to recreate the trip in one of my old Ramblers, but parts of the route have been a mystery. I'd assumed the photo was taken around Palm Springs or 29 Palms--definitely SoCal it seemed to me--but after obsessing over this for eons I finally found the spot, in the SW corner of Utah on old US91. This was the main route from Vegas to Salt Lake before I-15 was built. #ClassicCars #Route66

Vinyl, occasionally a CD, sometimes a minidisc. I like stone circles and standing stones. Bedroom musician. I’m quite primitive. In hindsight, adopting a ragdoll cat and owning a fair amount of vinyl wasn’t my best thought out plan but he’s mellowed me a lot. Try anything thrice 🥴 I got the pulsating rhythmical remedy.
