Revising for International Tea Day this Thursday - there's a lot to read https://www.fao.org/international-tea-day/en/ #tea
Morocco's street food gave me a lot to discover! Many of the very popular carts were selling a sandwich stuffed with cream cheese, garnishes, and either chickpeas (pictured) or "kalinti" which is made of chickpea-flour and is basically a "vegan omelette" in taste/texture. Stuffed in a bread roll these were super-popular! #morocco #streetfood #vegetarian #nom
Pickled cauliflower, butterbean purée, charred lettuce, and za'atar flatbread - #nom! I wouldn't have understood this at all a few years ago, but these flavours are fabulous. Inspired by Bubala restaurant I guess. #vegetarian #kitchendiary
We made rumaniyya again - this delicious sour aubergine & lentil stew from Gaza. Thank you! @nomnomdan@hostux.social #nom #vegan #gaza #kitchendiary
Visited Moychay tea house in #Amsterdam. Very nice place. My #tea was an "experimental" semi-fermented gaba red tea from Georgia... I know, lots of words. It was v tasty and calming. #nom

I don't understand this at all, but I will endorse it anyway:
Kuku sabzi - love this Iranian omelette with such delicate flavours of herbs, walnut, cranberry and sumac! #nom #vegetarian #kitchendiary
Kodo millet congee - this pure-tasting millet porridge is a great background on which to paint sharp flavours. Spring onions, garlic, curry leaf, chilli. #kitchendiary #millet #vegan
Some nice dishes we cooked recently: aubergine lemon tagine, BBQ jackfruit, moussaka, baked halloumi with black seed honey glaze, African peanut stew (maafe), shepherd's pie, butterbean gratin, kuku sabzi, mushroom cobbler, jacket potato! #vegetarian #kitchendiary #happymemories
BBQ-style jackfruit and cashews, with coleslaw and flatbreads. #nom #vegetarian #kitchendiary
