Age verification is spreading beyond adult sites into social media, messaging, gaming. Even operating systems. The framing says it's for children. The effect is something else: a permissioned internet where access requires proof of identity.

From March 19–22, the @DisruptionNetworkLab@mastodon.bida.im conducts a four-day forensic on the WikiLeaks phenomenon. A gathering to dissect its impact on war, surveillance, capital, and culture.
Thirty speakers at Berlin’s HAU1 will trace the aftershocks, followed by an activation to draft the next protocol of exposure. This is a tactical debrief for the age of deeper, quieter controls.
