  When it comes to reposting, I feel like there are a few unspoken rules, or at least conventions that are generally agreed upon. Like, how you should credit an artist if you share their work. At minimum, a name, but a link to their website or social media is best. Also, you should put quotes around words that you have directly copied from anothers' post, and attribute them.   I feel like the older I get, the less magick I do. When I was younger, I had spells set up for nearly every moon cycle. Now, at forty-*mumble*, I only do spells a couple times a year. Maybe it's from experience and better understanding of what magick can/should be applied to or not.   Every year I harvest and dry a bit of St. John's Wort for magick and the occassional tea. Since it's a natural anti-depressant, it makes a lovely calming tea. Works much better than chamomile, I think, and tastes way better. However, I can only use it very sparingly because it can interact with my heart medication (beta blocker).   It's hard to put into words how much I love Lake Superior. I love her probably as much as some people love their actual mothers. Lake Superior contains 10% of the entire world's fresh water, and the locals know how precious that is. She is the lifeblood of the entire region; ecologically and economically.   So the State of Michigan no longer administers driving tests for licenses and leaves it up to private companies. I'm baffled by the ethics of this and how it was even allowed to happen. Tests are $80, and if you fail, you have to take it (and pay) again. I work with teenagers and the problem is obvious to them, too.   Beltane is in a couple days, time to prepare! For me, this means constructing a maypole. This year, because of all the snow and ice storms, there are plenty of fallen trees and branches to use.
