My Lughnasadh weekend festivities got a little shuffled around because my husband fell and tore his achilles tendon. He's fine, thankfully no surgery needed, just lots of rest. I have been nursing him back to health (the Patroclus to his Achilles, lol).

One of the oldest healing spells I have is a chant I got from, I think, an Earth Dance festival in like '98 or '99? It was literally on cassette tape, so, pretty old, lol The basis of the spell is to give strength to a loved one by sharing your own. Technically, it's a binding, like a temporarily handfasting connecting two people to aid in healing. "I am a circle, I am healing you You are a circle, you are healing me Unite us, be one Unite us, be as one" #witch
