One of the oldest healing spells I have is a chant I got from, I think, an Earth Dance festival in like '98 or '99? It was literally on cassette tape, so, pretty old, lol The basis of the spell is to give strength to a loved one by sharing your own. Technically, it's a binding, like a temporarily handfasting connecting two people to aid in healing.
