Current ranking: 1) silicone blobs: stayed all night, no pressure on ear canal, so so noise reduction 2) yellow foam: fell out during the night, pressure on the ear canals but not as bad as others due to smaller size, good noise reduction but generates noise in contact with pillow 3) green foam: fell out during the night, worse pressure, good noise reduction but generates noise in contact with pillow

@AutisticDoctorStruggles I've had good results with noise canceling earbuds. They come with several different silicone bits to fit your particular ear holes. I love the feeling when I tap the left one to start the noise canceling, and the world just goes away. Lovely. I even bought the cheaper ones (Tozo) and they work fine for me.

@AutisticDoctorStruggles Good luck! I'd be a mess without my Loops, hopefully one of these can make a big difference for you

@AutisticDoctorStruggles I use Loop Quiets for day to day use but soft foam earplugs for sleep. I don't use any particular brand, just generic orange foamies. I tried headphones, ear buds and my Loops. Oddly I found them all too uncomfortable to sleep with so stuck with my orange disposables .

@AutisticDoctorStruggles have you considered earplugs with a connecting line? that was one of the most important differences for me because one earplug inevitably fell out.

@AutisticDoctorStruggles I have a very similar looking drawer! Only one thing "worked" for me and that was wax ear plugs. They had the most incredible noise cancelling. However I put "worked" in inverted commas because they were incredibly difficult to get in and then once they were in there was some kind of magic knack to make them comfortable and not suction inside my ear... With a lot of practice I'd probably get the hang of it but I choose the silicone ones instead.
