@AutisticDoctorStruggles I use Loop Quiets for day to day use but soft foam earplugs for sleep. I don't use any particular brand, just generic orange foamies. I tried headphones, ear buds and my Loops. Oddly I found them all too uncomfortable to sleep with so stuck with my orange disposables .
