@AutisticDoctorStruggles I have a very similar looking drawer! Only one thing "worked" for me and that was wax ear plugs. They had the most incredible noise cancelling. However I put "worked" in inverted commas because they were incredibly difficult to get in and then once they were in there was some kind of magic knack to make them comfortable and not suction inside my ear... With a lot of practice I'd probably get the hang of it but I choose the silicone ones instead.
