@AutisticDoctorStruggles I've had good results with noise canceling earbuds. They come with several different silicone bits to fit your particular ear holes. I love the feeling when I tap the left one to start the noise canceling, and the world just goes away. Lovely. I even bought the cheaper ones (Tozo) and they work fine for me.
