Update:🚨"ICE agents fired💔6 SHOTS at this man while he was driving. ICE agents know that killing a driver doesn't stop a vehicle -🚨still dropped him on the gnd & handcuffed him🚨AFTER A BULLET THRY HIS HEAD. GFF gewinnt zwei Verfahren gegen rechtswidrige Kontrollen an deutschen EU-Grenzen Die Gesellschaft für Freiheitsrechte (GFF) hat heute zwei Klagen vor dem Verwaltungsgericht München gewonnen gegen rechtswidrige Kontrollen an deutschen Grenzen. Gemeinsam mit "Equal Rights Beyond Borders" hatte die @Freiheitsrechte@chaos.social gegen eine diskriminierende Kontrolle (racial profiling) an der deutsch-österreichischen Grenze geklagt. Auch den Innsbrucker Professor Werner Schroeder hat die GFF unterstützt: Bei seinem beruflichen Übertritt der deutsch-österreichischen Grenze wurde er rechtswidrig kontrolliert. In beiden Fällen hat das Gericht die Rechtswidrigkeit der Kontrollen festgestellt. Die Begründung der Urteile steht noch aus. Die Kläger werden von Rechtsanwalt Christoph Tometten vertreten. „Die Entscheidungen des Verwaltungsgerichts München machen deutlich: Rechtswidrige Grenzkontrollen sind kein Einzelfall. Jede bislang gerichtlich überprüfte Kontrolle wurde für rechtswidrig erklärt. Seit Jahren missachtet die Bundesregierung systematisch EU-Recht.
