I recently found some interesting information about exercise-related PEM (post-exertional malaise). There's conflicting info out there, but there's a chance that PEM could be part of Sjogren's disease as well. Previously the party line was that PEM was unique to ME/CFS.
I have this as an agenda item for my neurologist who diagnosed me with ME/CFS before I got my Sjogren's disease diagnosis. It'd be nice to simplify my diagnoses if I can.
