#PortfolioDay is back! Here are a couple recent pieces I’ve completed. I’m a northern California artist living along the Redwood Coast, and my most popular work right now features birds. I also do Art Nouveau-styled fairytale pieces, and stylized local flora & fauna. I do everything by hand using Procreate on my iPad, then I print everything out on my own high-end 12-color gicleé printer. I do greeting cards and limited edition prints. Here’s my website: https://coreyartusimagery.com/ From there, you can find my livestream, my blog, and sign up for my regularly irregular newsletter (and get 525+ phone wallpaper versions of all my artwork!). #art #MastoArt #IndieArtist #GreetingCards #Prints #Giclee #Birds #Birdart

Oy it has been a day already. Ready to go back to bed and try a do-over. Ugh. But in lieu of that, perhaps I’ll just share a pretty bird I made. It’s a Pileated Woodpecker, which are pretty common here in North America. They’re a powerful bird—they can peck at a rate of 20-25x per second! Wth a force upward of 1200x the force of gravity! Crazy!! I don’t have any around my home, lately, so I think it’s probably safe to at least take a nap. Haha! Here’s the speedpaint: https://makertube.net/w/b9tpAexrvnsZvTZc2yJaKU And here’s the card listing on my website/shop: https://coreyartusimagery.com/products/pileated-woodpecker-single-greeting-card All my work is done in Procreate on my iPad Pro without the “assistance” of any generative nonsensical slop. Every stroke is rendered by me. I also print it all at home. I’m proud to say it’s all #HumanMade . #art #mastoArt #FediGiftShop #Woodpecker #Birds #Birdart #GreetingCards #IndieArtist

Based on today's news about Persona and Twitch, I think I'll try streaming only to MakerTube today. I've wanted to see if multi-casting might be the issue with my connection. We'll learn whether that's the case today! My stream will be on MakerTube only this time, and we'll give that a shot! I'll be doing a Red Panda in Procreate. I haven't done fur in a while now, so I need to circle back and have fun with it! 1-4:00pm PST (UTC-8) https://makertube.net/w/ww2zPQGGtEL5qSWxjAYNnd?autoplay=1 #art #livestream #MakerTube #MastoArt #RedPanda #GreetingCards #Procreate
