Now keep in mind, the #2 type cases, people who will ultimately settle is from my personal observation something I probably personally under count in physical & virtual court watch. I really think, especially in family court the vast majority of families likely settle before needing courts. Settle at the first mention of court, or TRULY work together to minimize the court bill bc its just coming out of the overall family anyhow if you burn legal cash. #CourtWatch #FamilyLaw

It's sucks that upset people can use the system to fleece you but its a bigger issues that this system is designed to make families poor. Why do I bring up family court in regards to Joan Sebastian Guerrero? It's about how ICE's strategy has ALREADY started to evolve to prepare for a less hot phase. Trump is working to get more federal use out of local family court proceeedings.
