Which is of course why sane parents never end up in family court in the first place. In WA state, parents can simply share custody without any court order. There isn't really a requirement to go to court unless the parties can't trust one another. Next up, I'm still dealing with SIGNIFICANT financial hardship from the now resolved false abuse claims I had to go to court about last year.
