Sausage gravy → Brown 1lb of breakfast sausage in a wide skillet about 5 minutes; sprinkle 3 tablespoons of flour over the fat and stir one minute; pour in 2.5 cups of milk, stirring until it thickens and bubbles, about 3 minutes. #Recipe #Cooking #CheapEats #FoodAsMedicine #BudgetCooking #Food #Photography #QueerJoy #MutualAid https://thistleandmoss.com/p/carry-your-own-goddamn-garbage-the-press-padlocked-out-lesbian-loaded-like-a-slur-and-kindness-haule#the-nurturing-food-as-medicine?utm_source=mastodon&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=fedica
