While my Linux machines largely have a GUI to arrange a bunch of console windows, it's very much possible to never see a console on linux if you're a normal user. Most installs (not counting NOC machines) are gui-first.

I'd mentioned removing Audible / Amazon DRM without having to resort to some sketchy web site.
There's an 'audible' commandline that can manage, dl and decrypt audible library items. It can even handle multiple regional libraries. You'll need to auth once with Amazon's servers to get started.
