@Daojoan@mastodon.social I wouldn't write an essay on why someone should work for me, but I also wouldn't want to start a company. Commercial environments filled with people hungry for fame and money bore me. 😒 From my experience in academic research, however, I know professors with whom collaboration is difficult. But most colleagues, staff, and students ultimately become yes-men. Even if they are exploited, harassed, or undermined. 😬 I've learned the hard way that openness and transparency aren't always appreciated, even when you point out problems with unscientific approaches in a master's student's methodology and she replies, “But that’s just how I like to do it.” 🙄

@x42@mastodon.social Ja, klar und das ist auch geplant, will hier aber noch nicht spoilern. 🙃 Eine Aufzeichnung vom Vortrag gibt es nicht, aber da ich mit Ardour performe, gibt es ein Mitschnitt des Songs, den ich performed habe. Mal sehen wie ich den vielleicht noch veröffentliche. 🎸

Ich bin bereit zu zeigen wie ich #DigitaleSouveränität in meinen Projekten schon immer lebe und wie ich ohne #ClosedSource, #WalledGardens und zentralisierte #SocialMedia Plattformen, aber dafür mit #FreieSoftware wie @ardour@fosstodon.org und @x42@mastodon.social Plugins Musik schaffe, die ich mit @funkwhale@social.funkwhale.audio, @peertube@framapiaf.org und @Mastodon@mastodon.social zu Menschen und weg von Algorithmen bringen kann.
