#mastodon should stop returning the "missing.png" when an actor doesn't have an avatar or header

it's causing other federated servers to cache "missing.png" cuz other server don't know if it's a real img or not

wasting a bit of electricity here

since the rel value `banner` is dropped since html3 in microformats

shops got some updates:

- auth module has been migrated to use the new oauth
- new attachments can now be added onto an existing item
- shops cli can now change user's power level through its PowerRanger subcommand
- credential_account is implemented to match mastodon's api
- error handling has been completely rewritten to be more descriptive
- sysadmin can adjust file upload size & number of attachments allowed per item
- and many other stuff... dont remember anymore

pocket shops is usable for testing.

what's working:
- added basic server discovery
- add database purge button for convenience (only shows up in emulator mode)
- added shopping cart feature
- user can update their profile image now
- user profiles are visible on fediverse

what's not working:
- following users on fediverse is still busted, wip
- order system is still wip (needs proposal and stripe integration)
- app icon is wip (original design needed)

basically it's just adding a new subtype `Product` into `Object`.

im not entire sure if the word `Product` is the most generic for all scenario. i know sometimes it can be a service, subscription, or whatever.

fyi, amazon, ebay, and other platforms use the word `Listing` instead of `Product`.

1. put them into blender & blend
