There's no transplants for this because the result of transplants is being uncompromising for the rest of your life, and that's kinda really bad.
there is uterine transplants to support pregnancy but my understanding is 1) it's for the duration of the pregnancy and 2) this is cis-het territory, and has never been tried on transgender women.

@OrbitResearch@mastodon.social We hat an IT AllHands 2 years ago where we had an experiential UX lab where we got to try to do things to simulate various disabilities.
There was someone there who depended on braille terminals and it was VERY interesting to talk to him about it and feel these little machines!
