I'm now doing my calendar with #OneCalendar on Android and #Nextcloud for sync and the Web browser. I'm using #Thunderbird to run the calendar on desktop, but I'm also open to exploring other apps for Linux. Next step: a new second-factor authentication app #degoogle

It's the 1 millionth's article by someone who would use Linux on the desktop if only they could run Adobe apps and their favorite games.
My take is that if you really need Adobe and are willing to pay for it, you need an Adobe appliance.
I'm not a gamer, so I'll leave that argument to the experts.
For me, the point of free software OSes isn't to run a bunch of proprietary apps. It's the opposite thing.

I'm not a pro developer (and barely an amateur) and don't use AI, but I still choose Project #Bluefin as my atomic Linux distro.
First of all, I'm a believer in atomic/immutable systems, and I also like a plug-and-play system where so many things work well and look good while doing it.
Add a supportive community, extremely open and communicative development, helpful documentation and enough modern technology to make it interesting.
And my favorite thing: It only updates once a week.
